Among this year’s highlights are performances by the Ballet of the Opéra Nice Côte d’Azur, celebrated French singer-songwriter Lynda Lemay alongside guitarist Jean-Félix Lalanne, the internationally acclaimed Malandain Ballet Biarritz, Spanish vocalist Luz Casal and French artist Grégoire.
